Smith Rowe wears the No. 10
Smith Rowe wears the No. 10. Arsenal’s young midfielder Emile Smith Rowe looks set to slip into the club’s number 10 for the 2021-22 season.
The 20-year-old star wore the number 32 shirt for the Gunners last season. He started the 2020-21 season as a substitute player who was only a reinforcement.
But after breaking into the first team fully, Smith Rowe is now regarded as a valuable member of the team.
The Gunners have turned down offers of £25m and £30m from Aston Villa, who are looking to bring him to the club this summer.
Smith Rowe is now expected to sign a new five-year contract with the club, currently with just two years remaining, and to increase his importance to the club. It looks like he has been given the number 10 shirt that has been owned by Mesut Ozil the latest.
The image quickly leaked onto social media. It shows Smith Rowe beaming while wearing a mint green training suit with the number ’10’ on his shirt.
Last year, youngster Bukayo Saka, 18 at the time, was given the number 7 shirt, with the management keen to show him how important he is to the team.
Earlier this week, Smith Rowe sparked suspicion on ufabet social media. After concealing the number during practice, fans have been speculating about the number 8, 10 or 11.
